With high precision, 12 roll forming lines are made to conform to EN 15338 standards with micro tolerances, equipped to produce desired capacities.

With a fully automated eco-friendly Alkaline Zinc Plating Plant with all Italian equipment to match the global standards & conform to BIFMA & EN 15338 standard.
Assembly Line
Fully automated high precision SPM machines; designed & customized based on the product standards & specifications.

LIFE CYCLE TEST MACHINE
Continuous cycle test is done up till 50,000/ 100,000 cycles from every batch.
SALT TEST MACHINE/LABORATORY
In house laboratory to confirm ASTM SST standards of the product which is 72/ 120/ 500 hrs as per BIFMA.
IN HOUSE DESIGN
Continuous design improvements are done based on market dynamics & upgrading the product beyond the regular standards.
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Products are equipped & are tested with globally acknowledged international certification partners like TUV SUD Noida/ SGS Global, etc.
