Buffing/ Polishing/ Greasing
In house polishing & buffing machines to make sure each hinge reaches the next stage conforming aesthetics to the door hinge. With weather proof oil used in our hinges, products guarantee no oil leak & noiseless movement over the years.
Welding
In house welding of hinges is done with a pin-lock mechanism to increase the life of the hinge by many years.
