Temporary Disruption in Digital Services – Press Release
Temporary Disruption in Digital Services
Date: 8th June 2026
Issued by: IPSA Group
IPSA Group wishes to inform its customers, channel partners, vendors, team members, and other stakeholders that certain digital and operational services have been experiencing temporary disruption since 5th June 2026 due to an unforeseen external technical incident.
At the initial stage, the services were expected to be restored within approximately 24 hours. However, based on the latest update received from the concerned technical teams, the restoration process is taking longer than initially anticipated. Services are now expected to resume progressively, with full restoration likely by approximately 11th June 2026, subject to successful completion of the ongoing recovery and restoration process.
The disruption has affected some system-dependent business processes, including operational coordination and related digital workflows. While essential teams remain available through alternate communication channels, certain activities may experience temporary delays until normal services are fully restored.
IPSA Group sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused and assures all stakeholders that every possible effort is being made to minimize the impact and restore normal operations at the earliest.
We request the continued support, patience, and cooperation of all concerned during this period.
Further updates shall be shared as and when available.
